1 green plantain
1 teaspoonful of olive oil
70g of Spreadable ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Honey (optional, for a sweet touch)

Prepare the plantains Peel the green plantain and cut it into slices or strips, according to your preference.
Season Place the plantain slices on a baking tray.
Drizzle the slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
